Each Power System Evaluation consists of:
- A thorough inspection of all Power components (i.e. Rectifiers, Batteries, Power Plant and D.C. Distribution)
- An inspection and analysis of the Battery Plant
- An inspection of all buss bars and power plant cabling
- An inspection and analysis of all D.C. distribution cabling to RDBs and BDFBs
- A record of the critical voltage drops in the D.C. Distribution System
- An inventory and detailed description of power plant components
The report is separated into two distinct categories:
Critical Items:
- Those items that pose a serious network survivability risk
- Those that are in violation of National or Provincial Electrical Codes
- Items that could be corrected but do not affect the integrity of the power system (i.e. lug type, conductor routing, conductor identification, etc.)
