1. Consultation/Planning:
   • Our senior DMS Switching Systems Application Engineers (SAEs) are able to gather, evaluate and analyze Traffic Data and Operational Measurements in order to provide optimum communications solutions to the client
   • In addition to network analysis, Mactel SMEs can provide individual switch component studies, such as ENET Retrofit, MTA analysis, and grooming recommendations to avoid or postpone capital expenditures by the client


2. Engineering:
   • Mactel SMEs are able to draw on their extensive Bell Canada and Nortel Network background to act as SAEs on behalf of the client to engineer DMS Switch products, including DMS-100, DMS-200, DMS-100/200, DMS-250, DMS-Supernode and Enhanced Core products, as well as remote applications for each.
   • Mactel SMEs provide clients with the assurance that DMS products are engineered in the most economic design
   • Our team has successfully engineered numerous complex switching applications (SNSE to SN Upgrades, ENET Retrofits, initial RSCs, initial DMS-100).
